The hotel was more than adequate for the price. It was clean and well maintained, if not wholly modern. Staff were courteous and efficient.

OK for a short stay, but we were unlucky with a construction site in front of the building.

We stayed for two nights and while the hotel itself was OK, we were a bit unlucky with the timing. There was a strike of public transport (and the walk to the center is quite long) and we also had a construction site in front of the hotel. Luckily it wasn't too loud, but still an inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel didn't serve breakfast at the time and we had to go to another place for that (recommend Frau Hoing arond the corner!). As we are going regularly to Berlin, we are trying different hotels all the time, but this one didn't convince us to come back.

We understand how public transport interruptions, nearby work, and breakfast arrangements can affect a stay, even when the noise remains limited.
Regarding breakfast, we would like to note that it is available at our partner property, Sly Berlin, with pricing aligned to their standard. For added convenience, kettles are available to borrow from our reception. We regret that these options did not suit your plans during this visit.

You book a double bed and get two single beds only put together which slide apart when sleeping. When you address it, the person at the reception even says they already know what you want to say about it. So the problem is already known. Then the elevator's broken. And it is not shown on pictures that the sauna is so small that only 2 small people fit in and that is understood by wellness area, which is occupied all the time, usually even for hours by the same people on different days. This hotel has 0 Hotel Feeling. Big disappointment. Construction site for miles is also on the doorstep and the train is cancelled for hours.

Unsere Doppelzimmer verfügen standardmäßig über zwei zusammenstehende Einzelbetten. In der Regel kann ein durchgehendes Laken das Verrutschen verhindern – bedauerlicherweise wurde Ihnen diese Möglichkeit nicht angeboten. Auch den Ausfall des Aufzugs sowie Ihre Hinweise zur Größe und Auslastung der Sauna nehmen wir ernst.
Die von Ihnen erwähnte Baustelle sowie Einschränkungen im Bahnverkehr liegen leider außerhalb unseres Einflusses, wir verstehen jedoch, dass dies den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigt hat.

There is a terrible terrible smell in the elevator. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It smelled like an old and moldy dishrag. The drain in the shower didn’t work too well, so there was a big puddle in the shower shortly after starting it. Otherwise the location is good and the bed is comfortable.
