The staff was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early because our room was ready and this was hugely appreciated. The Small fridge in the room was so helpful! Location was amazing.
The only limitation of our particular room was that there was no air-conditioning but it is fair given that we paid a very inexpensive price in the summer months. This also worked out quite fine in the end because it was not too hot, and they gave us a nice fan which made a big difference. I would go back especially since there are dedicated gluten-free restaurants nearby, Marienplatz and subway, are just five minute walk.

This is a good hotel in the old town of Munich. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was excellent. The hotel's train theme is quite charming. Will definitely recommend.

Nice location on a quiet street within walking distance of Marianplatz and lots of shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was a little small but typical of European hotels. There was a carafe for boiling water and a few teabags included. Disappointed that no coffee was included. Had to pay for coffee from the front desk.

Great little hotel, staff are always available to help, great location, nice cosy rooms, very clean.
Only note is to avoid rooms 101-102 as they are directly above the kitchen and it gets a bit noisy from early morning.

This quaint hotel is modeled after the Orient Express. The rooms were small but nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel was within easy walking distance of shopping, sights and the Metro. If you are looking for something slightly different but not too different this is the perfect place for you!
