Nice hotel in the old town of Passau

The hotel is located in the old town of Passau, from the train station you walk there for about 20 minutes. The entrance is possible in the Höllgasse, but also from the Danube side. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, the wifi works uncomplicated, the breakfast was very good, you can also get close to the terrace if the weather is good. If you have a room on the river side, you can see the Danube with the ships. I only went to the restaurant for breakfast.

Absolutely not

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Someone walked into my room at 12 on the first night I entered the hotel. Said the room was his. The automate told him he gave him the same room. In fact, I got a raise from the staff. Looks like the room was empty because the working staff didn’t list it in the system. I couldn’t sleep till morning. I expected the man to come back. I found someone to talk to for 2 days. When the restaurant section opened, we wanted to grab a hot cup of tea in the morning, but we were obsessed with the waitress’ disagreeing movements. I said I wanted to talk to the chef and I told them about the incident and suddenly the server changed their response. They asked me to stop by the next day, the next day when I came by, the staff who arranged the room told me you had an untouched incident and left. I’ve never seen a hotel run so badly. The first day there was a huge spider in the room. They absolutely don’t sweat under the bed, breakfast starts at 7. If you’re going there early, you can’t have breakfast. If you’re coming to Passau, it’s best to find another hotel

Blue Bock Passau

The hotel has a great location right on the Danube at the boat docks. Book a room with a view of the Danube! The rooms are very small but clean and well-kept. There is an underground car park, but you should book one as there is no other parking available. The restaurant has a lovely terrace and a very good selection of food. The breakfast could be a little better quality. The selection here is rather minimalist. Ready-made scrambled eggs from the Tetra Pak are a no-no! Please leave them out or offer fresh egg dishes. The overall impression of the hotel is very positive though!

Very disappointing experience.

The room was small but new and modernly furnished. However, there is no air conditioning and only a small window that could be opened. Even though we had the window wide open all night, the heat could not be removed from the room and it remained about 28 degrees all night. Due to the open window we were bothered by a lot of noise throughout the night. All in all, we barely slept an eye because of the heat and noise.
Staff was disinterested and unfriendly.
This hotel is therefore definitely not recommended.

Отличный отель !

Тихий отель с рестораном на первом этаже . Номера небольшие , но очень уютные и чистые. Матрацы удобные, непродавленные комфортные для сна . Есть фен, сейф. Модно оплатить картой. Есть паркинг на минус первом этаже с лифтом (очень удобно , если с большими чемоданами , входит в стоимость .
