Wonderful days in a safe place with luxury and excellent amenities.

Excellent hotels all of them. Good breakfast with all the good! Five-clear, linen towels moisturize cleanliness, incredible staff always willing to serve you.

Bad

It turned out the hotel was undergoing renovations, and nothing matched the listing. The room was a complete disaster. Everything in your listing looked nice. Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process itself was questionable. When we were assigned a room (1016A), it was a disaster, like an isolation ward. Bare and sticky walls, broken wall sockets, a non-functioning TV, a creaking bed (every slight movement during sleep felt like it was about to fall apart), and ugly graffiti on the wall. The bathroom had only one dim light (the second non-working bulb was hanging), no ventilation, no door in the shower stall, no shelf for your own toiletries, and no hotel toiletries (bath gel should be standard).
The rooms have very thin walls. Loud snoring was heard half the night.

Awful

I don’t normally write reviews as it’s only ever negative however this hotel should be shut down it was dreadful
Falling apart dirty scruffy
You go on holiday for a bit of a treat a rest to be spoilt - not here it’s the only place I’ve ever been eating breakfast and watched the staff helping themselves too
The food is repetitive cold and boring
No room ready when we arrived sat in a filthy area with loads of plastic cups everywhere and ash trays overflowing- that was our first impression it only got worse
We did move rooms which was better until we went out in the evening then we had to try to go down a marble stairway in the dark
We told the manager 3 times this needed sorting - he just walked away and didn’t speak to us the rest of the week
Awful place do not book

Nightmare room

Our room was from horror movies: bloodstained sheets, mosquitoes "splashed" on the wall, dirt everywhere, towels never changed! Besides that, curtain that did not cover the whole window so from dawn onwards it was impossible to sleep! Positive the kitchen, because the food was quite varied and good, especially the desserts. Unfortunately around the rooms used for food there were a flood of bees / wasps that made staying in that environment very difficult! Hotel definitely not 3 stars! Cute pools and quite convenient location, but few car parks.

Never again

We are currently on our last day here at the commodore hotel they compromise of three in the village being the Captain the Commodore and the Admiral out of all three I would say we had the best location although the views if you were lucky enough to get a room was definitely in the Captain hotel the sea views in the main restaurant is awsome.
Our room was just that a room 510 over looking one of the pools nice but just basic ,cleaned daily the shower lovely but drove me mad being attacked by the shower curtain nowhere near big enough to shower without catching the shower tap continously.
If your all inclusive don't bother about breakfast OMG I am a chef myself and can honestly say I wouldn't serve up obviously the eastern Europeans love this.Eggs hard and over cooked every time and cold fried Bacon only one day that's it. Sausages little frankfurter cut up and baked beans the rest not our thing. Very much geered up for the Polish and Russians over run Ourselves and maybe 2 other family's the only English in the entire complex. The lunch time food was lovely couldn't fault the choices, the same goes for evening meal just very repetitive. Shame as hotel has potential as I can see parts of hotel being renovated. The Pools are lovely but the Captain one with child's pool is tierd looking and very dated.the other 2 pools lovely but camp out to put your towel on we see people doing it the night before. late afternoon always beds available though. Beds were clean as were the linen and towels if uou wanted fresh towels then leave on the floor. The private beach area was lovely the beach not so but once you were in the sea it was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds too. The beach hut was ok but only soft drinks self serve bottle drinks or water is available no snacks either you had to go back up to hotel especially if you all inclusive. Snack bars at all the hotels poolside shame nothing on beach. Aragassi is lovely but I will say hire something to see the the island it's a must what we didn't see by boat we saw and did more using our quad absolutely saw the whole of the island and swam on all the main beaches and simply stunning coves.Entertainment none really.would I come back ? yes but not this hotel some of the staff friendly but others rude. Hope this helps we go home tomorrow snd looking forward to it unless I could swap hotels and be with more English.
Sorry hotel but too many Eastern Europeans for us.
