You can find something faster and better in the neighborhood

We wanted to rent a studio, but unfortunately no one was available. Despite it being off-season.
From the outside, the house looked unkempt.
We then found a room in the neighborhood and found out that the owner was rarely there.
Incomprehensible given this unique location.

The very last time

Nothing has changed in the sparse furnishings and everything, absolutely everything, needs a thorough cleaning. The shower only works if you take care of it yourself. Only one of the two-burner hotplates works. The owner is hardly reachable, except when paying.
The house dog barks all night long in the street, sleeping here is out of the question.
We cut our stay short.

awful, trickster

He gave us a studio with out of order Air Acondition. dirty and without TV. The guy is really lazy. He try to trick us because we didn´t want to give an envoice or receipt of the money we paid. Don´t go here.

Nicht mehr, wie es war!

Verzeihung, dass ich erst ein Jahr später diesen Bericht schreibe! Wir haben uns soviel Zeit gelassen, da wir hier sehr gern waren und bei einem neuen Besuch in diesem Jahr uns nochmals von den Zuständen überzeugen wollten.
Leider wird unsere negative Bewertung bestätigt!
Diese Studios kann man niemandem nehr empfehlen.
Bereits 2014 war die damalige Besitzerin aufgrund ihres vorgeschrittenen Alters mit der Aufgabe überfordert, nach ihrem Ausscheiden hat ihr Sohn die Aufgabe übernommen - leider - denn ihm fehlt jegliches Geschick in der Führung dieser Studios, von der Organisation der Reinigung ganz abgesehen.
Unser Rat: Für das gleiche Geld erhält man bessere Studios bei freundlicheren Gasteltern.
Lest einmal die italienischen oder spanischen Bewertungen, wir müssen uns diesen leider voll und ganz anschließen ... nach einem Jahr hat sich leider nichts, aber auch garnichts zum Vorteil gebessert.
Schade um diese Goldgrube, aber wer jeden Abend lieber "einen Heben" geht, der hat es wohl schwierig mit dem Aufstehen und dem Wahrnehmen seiner Pflichten!

À éviter !

Bien placé mais très sale. Poubelles sans sacs, toilettes pas nettoyés ...accueil mitigé. Nous avons choisi cet endroit par défaut car tout était complet sur Matala.
Préférez donc un autre endroit sur Kalamaki.
