Small room, family atmosphere, value for money

It was a small room (22 sq.mts for a family of three) with balcony overlooking the beach and the lagoon, on the top of the hill with a small kitchen, pretty well equipped (there were even disposable sleepers and some other amenities in the room - things you dont see in hotels of this star rating). The location is very good (only 5 minutes walk from Koukounaries beach) and the staff was very polite (the owner let us check out at seven p.m. because we had booked a late departure to Volos). Of course there are better and bigger rooms in the area, but concerning what we paid for it, it was a real bargain!!!

Great stay in a beautiful place!

A massive thank you for the warm welcome, the great coffee, the comfortable clean room and the fantastic view of the ocean just minutes away from the apartment. We will definitely be back next year for another fantastic holiday. Tasos, Doina and Yannis great job!! We will miss you!!

Unexpected jewel

Very simple apartment hotel. Close to various beaches and eateries. Staff were very nice and friendly gave us tips on where to go. Highly recommended. Price exceed the tranquillity you get with this place

Bad Encounter at Aelia Studios

I decided my wife and I and our cat should leave Aelia Studios right way. This was our first trip to Skiathos, and it got off to a bumpy start because I had given a deposit to stay for 9 nights at Aelia Studios. From the start, we felt something was off. Then we felt the owner was rude and abrupt. Who wants to stay at a place like this if there are choices. I didn't, so we left. A place this pretty would have have many more positive reviews if the owner was truly hospitable. His hospitality, as they say in the States, is rehearsed. It's not spontaneous or from the heart. Anyone can offer you coffee upon arrival. How do they handle requests or complaints? This owner failed. I'm glad he did. We were much happier at the next place I found where the owner and staff were truly friendly.

Beautiful studios. Beautiful people

We absolutely adore these beautiful studios. Picked up from the airport by Yiannis (sorry if spelling is incorrect), excellent welcome from Tasos with gorgeous coffee and cake. Then shown to our lovely studio which we stayed in for 16 days. How lovely are the staff!! Doreena could not have done more. She kept our room scrupulously clean; with fresh towels and bed linen every 2 days. we were invited to take coffee each morning if we wanted, and the gardens are absolutely beautiful! ! Brilliant views and beautiful people!
