Wonderful view and close to everything.

I stayed here last week with my husband. Studio apartment with a kitchenette fully equipped with everything and spacious, as is the room, with daily cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 2 days. All the apartments overlook the wonderful sea-view garden with a private patio equipped with a table, chairs, and a drying rack!
I loved the location: the most beautiful beaches on the island are less than 10 minutes away, and those in the North and Skiathos town are 15 minutes away. Therefore far from the chaos, but in an area full of tavernas and a beach that can also be reached on foot, with a market just outside the entrance and private parking! We rented a car, but the bus stop was just a few steps away.
Caterina and Panos are exceptional hosts, always ready with advice on beaches and tavernas and to accommodate requests (e.g., the possibility of a shower and changing on the last day, before leaving in the evening).
The only thing that could be improved is the shower with a curtain, but it was manageable in the end.
Everything perfect! I would go back!

Beautiful stay in Agia Paraskevi

Villa Eleni is a beautifully place to stay in Agia Paraskevi , only 4 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to several restaurants and supermarket. Mama Eleni is a joy to see and a kind soul as well as Katerina and Panos. Villa Eleni is a beautiful complex of studios surrounded by olive trees and beautiful flowers and plants .with a lovely sea view. The gorgeous aquamarine colour used inside the studios and also outside is very relaxing and add a stylish touch . There are pieces of hand painted frames, gorgeous vases and other art all around the villa which i found absolutely divine to watch every time i walked to the studio.
The price is very modest and the studio are spacious and fully equipped although we never cooked anything.
I will totally recommend it

A hidden gem - fantastic value!

My friend and I visited Villa Eleni with our two 13 year old sons. We booked a twin apartment each.
We actually contemplated not writing a review because we felt tempted to keep this hidden gem a secret.
This feels like traditionally Greek accommodation. The white villa, with blue shutters is split in to 6 apartments, hidden in a beautiful garden full of fruit trees and flowers.
You could not wish for a warmer welcome from the adorable Mama Eleni and her daughter Katarina. They keep the accommodation immaculate and rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. Apartments are not modern, they are simple but have everything you need. Air conditioning is welcome break.
There are great restaurants close by - we loved Calma and Mista Strata. The beach is just two minutes walk across the road.
The Villa and apartments walls are adorned with fantastic artwork. Katrina explained her brother painted all these pictures.
I cannot recommend this place enough. It is excellent value for money.

Highly recommended!

Villa Eleni is the perfect place to spend a vacation in Skyatos. The apartment is close to the beach, confortable and very clean. Hospitality was great and we were treated as members of the family. Don't miss the beautiful creations of Panos,the artist of Villa Eleni!

Beautiful little place

We stayed here for a week in July and the studios were perfect. Very clean, peaceful and beautifully maintained gardens. Location was excellent, very close to the beach, supermarket, bus stop and tavernas. Kitchen was basic but more than adequate for our needs. Staff were also lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this place.
