Breath taking view and good hospitality!

This hotel stands out unique in all aspects in its vicinity, be it the convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, good staff and lip smacking food. Their staff is super courteous. They are quite attentive and make sure guests have a memorable stay experience. Kudos to the housekeeping team led by Vignesh.
Both breakfast and dinner buffet is multi cuisine and has huge variety. Each dish is delicious and curated keeping in mind the tastes of all types of visitors. The valley facing rooms have breathtaking views and are well ventilated. They have ample parking.

No valley or cloud

Very bad experience & not recommended.
We booked valley view room after seeing good pictures but when check in the room given was not valley view. When complained to manager he told you can see valley view in morning but in morning you can see only building from windows.
The breakfast ran out by 7.40 am (opened at 7.30 am) & waited 15
minutes to get. Light went off 2 times in room. Very poor management. Hotel is not 4* as advertised. Stay away.

Avoid Hotel; book elsewhere

Book only as Last option in Munnar. What you see on web is diff from what you get.
Both are diametrically opposite.
1) Room - hs strong smell/odour.
2) As a pax, not interested in cause/reason - it shouldnt be there.
3) whn u go down to concierge, to change room - u find that thr is queue fr same.
4) Due holiday season, thr r no rooms avbl & no other hotels too.
5) Munnar is great place to visit but hotel stay ruined everyrhing.
6) Food service is chaotic, seems they are re-loading food in trays but food seems to be dissappearing faster.
7) Staff is courteous but working with resteictions

Charming, clean and tidy

After a long day we appreciated the lovely reception we received- whilst not a five star- it is exactly what we needed it was clean, tidy and we got a good rest. The food was good too Thank you.

As a last resort

Very disappointed, old room and poorly soundproofed. Common benches stained. Alternating light. I think we should review the excellence rating. However, the staff is very welcoming. From my room, a nice view of the rooftops of neighboring buildings. Kettle with broken lid and forced to disconnect it to turn it off. Etc...
