3 stars but deserves more

Family-run hotel in a strategic position (motorway/railway to the North East/airport) and very close to Bologna but far from congestion and chaos. Pleasant external appearance, but it is the welcome that enchants. You feel treated like a guest and not like a customer. Very kind and attentive staff. I'll be back as soon as possible

STAY AWAY

Upon arriving in Rome, I discovered that the room was no longer available; thanks to Booking, I was able to recover the money hastily withdrawn by the property.
Read all the reviews carefully and, above all, a piece of advice: stay away from these people.

Hotel locked and nobody answering doorbell or telephone. Unable to check-in!

I had reservation for last night and booking confirmation clearly stated check-in is 13:00 to 00:00. I arrived around 22:30 and door was locked and lights off inside. Repeatedly rang doorbell and phoned hotel number for many minutes. No response! It's not fun being stranded at that time of night with nowhere to stay. And they even had the audacity to log me as a no-show with Booking.com. Take care!

tragic

hotel if you can call it dilapidated.....rooms from the 70s.....with walls that you can hear everything...from the snore in the next room to the private calls in the other room... simply awful breakfast with expired snacks.....simply for 100 euros per night I ask for more....now I understand why there is always room in Bologna in this hotel...

This hotel, despite the another English review which reads like an advert, is miles out of town. The owner was not very welcoming and the rooms were functional rather than comfortable. The restaurant next door is good though. I'm sure there are much better options.
