まず最初に入室が出来ませんでした、予約案内の電話に連絡しても対応出来ないと言われ、お隣のお店のマスターがたまたま知り合いでオーナーと連絡が取れ、たまたま一部屋が空いており宿泊出来ましたが、オーナーからはトリバゴからの予約も無いし、入金もされていないの事、宿泊代か入金せれていないので宿泊代を現金て部屋に7,000円置いて下さと言う事で、7,000円オーナーからの指定場所に置いて退出しました。
カードからは先月引き落としされますし引き落とし額との差額はどの様な対応されるのか、現地での時間ロス及び支払い額の差に誠意の有る対応を期待します。
