Honest review

I think this place is great it is very local to everywhere we used the buses and found it was very accessible to go to places. I think the most important things when it comes down to were the beds, air con and the food. and all of these were very good for a cheap holiday. I was very pleased however the amenities at this resort aren't the best the gym is a bit small and the pool table was missing a white ball, other things like the sauna were out of order but these things aren't too important, decent food and drinks and very friendly and helpful staff who helped us with a mix up with our booking.

Worst mistake of my life

This place is an absolute biohazard and a safety nightmare. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly rude staff after complaining about our room key card won't work, which set a miserable tone for the entire trip. The room itself was filthy, featuring dirty towels after wash and not clean sheets that made us completely disgusted by beds—and to prove how unhygienic it was, I developed a painful, itchy rash from sleeping in bed. There was visible mold growing on the walls, faulty ventilation that made the air completely stagnant, and huge bugs crawling across the floor. We couldn’t even distract ourselves because the tv no remote was completely useless, and the bathroom had no shampoo whatsoever. To make matters worse, a loose ceiling fan rattled dangerously overhead. The rest of the property was just as bad: the downstairs pool nasty, the main disgusting pool had a film of grime on it, and there was absolutely no cleaning the pool area or the bad gym. The sauna stinks like mildew, there was hair everywhere in the changing rooms, and bird poo on the outside chairs made it impossible to sit outdoors. The noise levels were unbearable with loud music at early hours and a maid early hour wake up knock that ruined any chance of sleep. The food horrible options made us sick, and the room had horrible power outlets that barely charged our devices. To top off this nightmare, the manager came in took card for power (i was in the toilet) and left us in the dark, which felt incredibly hostile—honestly, the staff level of control and strictness was unbearable. During our stay, we experienced blatant theft: a stolen sock went missing first, followed by someone stealing pandora bracelet 1000€ right out of our room. Avoid this place at all costs! Room 22 was a nightmare and english fans chanting at 2 AM, and when we complained to go to our rooms and he will call the police

Extremely Disappointing – This Hotel Does Not Deserve Even One Star
My experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The level of service, cleanliness, food, and customer care is far below what any guest should reasonably expect from a hotel.
The hotel is not properly cleaned, and there is visible dirt and insects in different areas, including the bathrooms. The condition of the bathrooms is particularly unacceptable. There are not even basic cleaning supplies available, and guests constantly have to contact the staff and ask for them. This should be a basic responsibility of the hotel, not something guests should have to repeatedly request.
The facilities in the room are also extremely limited. There is no tea or coffee provided, only a kettle for heating water. Even basic drinking water is not provided. For a hotel, these are very basic amenities that guests should be able to expect.
What makes the situation even worse is that the hotel seems to have very little concern for maintaining basic standards of hygiene and guest comfort. Paying for a hotel room should mean receiving a clean, safe, and properly maintained room with reasonable service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
In my honest opinion, this hotel does not deserve even one star. The cleanliness, hygiene, food, customer service, and basic facilities are simply unacceptable.
I strongly recommend that management take these complaints seriously and make significant improvements. Guests should not have to repeatedly ask for basic necessities or tolerate dirty bathrooms, insects, poor food, and inadequate customer service.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

Filth and rudeness.

Terrible hotel; speaking of the dirt, the freshly changed sheets and towels were always stained with who knows what, the pools were perpetually dirty with water that kept getting less clear, and the basement pool was so dirty that it smelled and gave red eyes to anyone who went in it.
The staff was even worse than all this filth, super grumpy; if you happened to enter the dining hall late (late according to them, because there was no set time to enter), the staff at the door would welcome you to the dining hall by raising their voice at you, telling you that the dining hall was closing in 15 minutes and that you were late. Then, when the vacation was over, while we were saying goodbye in front of the reception to our friends who were leaving later, the staff kicked them out, saying they were making too much noise (we were all very sad while we were crying, and he decided it was a good idea to kick them out, interrupting that moment; this situation and all the others could have been handled in a completely different way).

In this case, I was working, but I think that if I had had to pay, I would have been disgusted

I was accompanying a group of teenagers, the hotel is deplorable. The buffet is of a quality so mediocre that I had never seen before. I think the hotel makes its revenue from summer camps and its English days with EF, however the hotel conditions, the cleanliness and especially the renovations need to be done. The premises are dilapidated, the people who work there. Try to do their best with what they are given, however the fact of accepting several summer camps of 50 people or even 100 young people. Becomes very complicated on a daily basis. I really do not recommend this hotel, I think there are major renovations to be done and it is not even worth one star.
