better go somewhere else!

Everything in our appartment is old and ugly. On our arrival we were welcomed by a toilet that didn't flush. It was solved soon enough, but still. The bathroom is unpractical. F.e. the shower has water only from above and you can't wash your feet. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom. There is no proper closet for cloth in the appartment and there are also no hooks. The appartment doesn't have windows.
Cleaning is once every six days. You get one towel per person for six days.
We payed more than 100 euros per night.
Comparing Gaia studio to the hotels/appartments we had in other places in Yucatan, I would say Gaia studio is a rip off.
We liked downtown Cancun. Ten minutes walking from Gaia studios we found several interesting restaurants. Pescaditos (Av Yaxchilán 69) we liked very much.
