Represented good value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good basic accommodation in walking distance of centre, rating given in the context of price paid.
Beautiful grounds with a jungle feel. Expect charm rather than luxury. Front of property is noisy at night, try to book rooms at back of property. Works best as a base to go out from.
Thanks to the hotel’s team for making us welcome.

The staff was amazing. Luis was vey helpful and friendly. All the staff at the restaurant were very attending. The room service excellent. Clean room.
Breakfast and dinner was phenomenal. Easy to get to centro.

I love this place! I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it’s always my favourite. I always come back! Perfect location! Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars all within walking distance.
The beach is 20min by bicycle (5min by car)
Large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, clean, beautiful pool area… great food and drink selection.
And amazing team!

The wait staff was excellent. We stayed in the jacuzzi garden room…was more like a cold tub.
All of downtown Tulum was within walking distance. Good selection of restaurants within a half mile.
