Three weeks of itching after my stay - bedbug infestation!!!
I encountered several problems during my stay.
First of all, after sleeping in a dormitory on the upper floor, I developed numerous skin lesions that progressively worsened over the following days. The bumps became increasingly red, large, and very itchy. The symptoms persisted for nearly three weeks after my stay and led me to consult a doctor upon my return.
When I reported my suspicions of bedbugs to the establishment, no serious checks or concrete solutions were offered to me. After my stay, I discovered that other travelers had already posted reviews mentioning similar problems at this establishment.
I also lost a lot of time in discussions regarding a breakfast that I had canceled before any preparation. Despite the agreement given by an employee, I was later charged for it. This situation led to lengthy and unnecessary exchanges.
Moreover, the ground floor room that was offered to me had several disadvantages that had not been disclosed to me in advance: significant noise from the street, cold temperature, and lack of hot water for the shower.
Finally, discussions also took place regarding the occupancy tax, the amount requested on-site did not match the information on my reservation.
The staff eventually accepted some of my requests, but the accumulation of these problems greatly diminished the quality of my stay.
I recommend that future travelers carefully check the accommodation conditions before booking.

Horrible experience. Dishonest management.
Upon arrival, we were refused to check-in for our booking that was Confirmed by the hotel's owner and fully Paid in advance. The given reason was that the hotel's owner decided the last minute that she doesn't charge enough for the stay and gave instructions to the front desk to refuse check-in or to pay more than double the price that she listed before.
Very dishonest behavior. Lots of time waisted and very stressful.
Only involvement of the Agoda booking team helped to resolve the issue.
