Great weekend
That night we were prepared an exquisite dinner, the best food of the whole weekend.
The excellent breakfasts in the lounge that almost only we enjoyed.
Punctuality in picking us up and taking us to the airport, all perfect.
To put a but, the bathrooms were lovely, but little light.
And access the first day it was pretty messy at night. But then we got perfectly GPS-oriented.

Memorable Stay
My only complaint is that they charged us for the two water bottles that were in our room upon arrival. At a location where there is no potable water, bottled water should be available. At the very least they should say that at check in rather than finding out when checking out.

Don't believe what you see here provided by the road. Extremely unsuitable for travellers who care about safetyy.
Amenity: nothing like what the pictures shown on tripadvisor (A lot worse). Not-functional rooftop, not -functional fire place, cold four cement walled dark room no TV, with just old towels and hand soap in the bathroom, bread and jams for breakfast, no such a thing as 'Grand Dinning Room' as the riad told you.
Pricing: you could do a lot better with many other safer options that gives vacational pampers (even basic ones).
Final thoughts: review through the insider tips, it's true that you should not believe what this riad presents you here. It's truly a scam as the other travelers pointed out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are, of course, sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our riad has been welcoming guests in Marrakech for many years and currently holds an average rating of 4.9 stars based on more than 1 041 reviews. The vast majority of our guests greatly appreciate both the property and its location in the heart of the historic Marrakech Medina.
From your comments, it seems that the main difficulty during your stay was feeling uncomfortable with the environment of the Medina itself. The Medina is a historic, centuries-old neighborhood with narrow pedestrian streets, traditional houses and a very authentic atmosphere. This is precisely what many travelers come to Marrakech to experience. However, we understand that it can feel unfamiliar to visitors who may be expecting a more modern or resort-style environment.
Our riad is located in a quiet and very traditional area of the Medina, like many authentic riads in Marrakech. For guests seeking wide, brightly lit streets, car access and a more contemporary setting, staying outside the Medina is often a better option.
We respectfully believe that the issue you experienced relates more to a mismatch between your expectations and the nature of this historic neighborhood rather than to the riad itself. When traveling, especially to culturally rich destinations such as Marrakech, it is important to approach the environment with openness and curiosity toward ways of life that may differ from what we are used to.
That said, we always take guest feedback seriously and remain committed to offering a warm, authentic and comfortable experience to everyone who chooses to stay with us.
Kind regards.
