Hidden gem with the best staff!
This place is a gem - absolutely everything about Riad El Hara exceeded our expectations! The building is gorgeous, and the room was big and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The rooftop breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool was small but very refreshing on a hot day. The location is great: not right in the chaos of the medina, but literally just across the street. You can easily walk anywhere in the medina AND to the new part of the city as well in just a matter of minutes. The airport transfer was a breeze and we enjoyed the desert excursion that they arranged for us. Most importantly, the staff were just incredible - Karima, Omar, Ahmed, and all of the others were so welcoming and friendly - they were truly the best part of the experience. I will certainly return to Marrakech again some time and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else!

A magical oasis after the desert: an unparalleled welcome.
We arrived at Riad El Hara after a journey through the Moroccan desert, and we could not have found better. Upon crossing the threshold, one finds themselves in a true internal garden, an oasis of freshness and chirping that rejuvenates the spirit and the body. Stepping into the riad, one is immediately enveloped by the unmistakable essences and scents of Morocco, but the true added value of the establishment is Karima: a fantastic person whose friendliness and extraordinary hospitality are literally unmatched. She took us by the hand and gracefully introduced us to her fantastic world, making us feel immediately at home. If you are looking for a corner of peace, beauty, and human warmth in the heart of Marrakech, this riad is the perfect place. The room is stunning, impeccably clean, spacious, and well-furnished, where nothing is left to chance. The bed is incredibly comfortable; we woke up relaxed and rested. After a fantastic and delicious breakfast on the terrace, we met Yazid, who is friendly and very professional. He gave us many directions and excellent advice, and we then spent the entire morning at the Hammam, where

Amazing boutique hotel in great location with incredible staff
An excellent place to stay a few mins walk from both the new town and the Medina but set just far enough away to be quiet. The rooms were excellent as was the breakfast but the thing that sets this apart from all the many other hotels in the world i have been to are the amazing staff. So friendly and helpful and they really care about their guests.

I am genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality at Riad el Hara. From the moment I arrived, Karima and all the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They are not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely kind and warm. Their service is simply impeccable.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s about a 15-minute walk to everything that matters in Marrakech: the souks, the Majorelle Garden, and the city’s best restaurants. For sure is it the perfect base to explore the city. At the same time, the riad feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the vibrant medina: quiet, relaxing, and beautifully serene.
The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Once again, I have to mention the staff! Tthey truly made this stay unforgettable.
Without a doubt, this was the best choice I could have made. I can’t wait to come back!
