Terrible Experience — Highly Disappointing!!!!!!!

The service was extremely poor and felt completely unfair. We were overcharged, and the overall experience felt very money-minded rather than customer-focused.
What made the experience even worse was the way the staff treated us. They behaved as if we had tried to leave without paying the bill, which was extremely disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable.
We were on a 3-day vacation, but because of this terrible experience, we decided to leave early in the morning instead of staying and enjoying the rest of our trip. It is extremely disappointing when a hotel experience is bad enough to affect your entire holiday.
The staff also told us not to leave a review. However, I believe I have every right to share my experience. I am writing this review because I would not want other customers to go through what we experienced. People deserve to know what they may encounter before making a booking.
The service was far below what we expected from a hotel, and the entire experience left a very bad impression.
If you don’t want to risk ruining your holiday, I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel. Very disappointing experience and, in my opinion, definitely not worth it.
Rooms
They said this is best room of this hotel and it was not clean well and a bit messy with no facilities
Food and drinks
First of all, they should have clearly informed us that it was the off-season and that they did not have enough staff. If they had told us this beforehand, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another hotel. Instead, they only focused on taking the room booking and did not disclose this information. When we ordered food from the menu, they suddenly told us that they did not have enough staff and suggested that we have our meals at nearby restaurants. Is this really the kind of service a hotel should provide to its guests? On top of that, they told us one price verbally and then charged us a different, higher price on the bill. This is completely unfair and should have been clearly communicated before we placed the order.

Best in Pokhara

The location is perfect! Off the main street just a bit so it’s quiet but still only a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the lakefront path. The owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, and also helped us book a bus out of Pokhara at the last minute. My room was very clean and comfortable and the shared balcony was nice and had a couple of great day beds for lounging. There are a million options in Pokhara but Eagle Zone is a great choice!

Be a family member...not a guest!

Guests are treated as family members and they do everything possible to please the guests. Besides they can arrange every tour/taxi/attraction you may dream of. There is a beautiful view from the lake which can amaze you with a beautiful sunset. The acomodations are simple but clean. Bathroom is pretty new.

English man and his Turkish wife

Stayed 5 nights in this gem of a hotel . Great clean tidy rooms , hot water , ceiling fan , amazing balcony views . The owner and his sons offer outstanding service . Upon our 6:30 am departure we were in the middle of a monsoon. Poor Thomas , the owners son stood outside getting drenched as he held up an umbrella for us . Great guy Great family .
Thanks
