Amazing Holiday!!

I recently went to Caesar Hotel and it’s was perfect. I would honestly love to go back as the staff were amazing.They were always getting people involved,came over and give a good service. I know they made my holiday better.
It was a nice hotel for family, couples and friends.. very valuable compared to money, food is extremely good and the free buffet breakfast is very filling.
I also spent one of the most beautiful nights at Martini Bar with its perfect view, and the bartender was really friendly and kind.
One of the best places I've visited
Well recommended and would stay again if visiting the area.

Bedroom and Restaurant

The receptionist was very rude. First he gave us a room with a view of a roof. After complaining, they changed us to a much better one. When going to dinner. Which was included in the payment. He told us no. She was very rude
In the end the manager of the dining room appeared and told him to give us dinner
The restaurant people are very friendly. And willing to solve the problem

Terrible food ... great rooms

Good things:
1- rooms are spacious. 5 stars rating rooms
2- very close to the city center
Bad things:
1- horrible , terrible breakfast that doesnt reflect a 4 star hotel its only fool humus and labne. Examples : cornflakes is available but no milk
No desserts
2- my room was under the bar. I had to call the reception everyday to let lower their music.
To sum up .. to me if i would come back to ramallah i wont stay in caeser hotel again unless they work on their breakfast issue.

Poor food

The restaurant in the hotel is very bad in several aspects: in serving they are not professional at all, in the quality of the food it is so bad and the available qualities in the open buffet was very minimal.

Good Hotel

Good hotel nice rooms good service good and fast WiFi clean, big rooms good bed and pillows well located good coffe and breakfast. Good price related with the price. New elevator and nothing to say about the service. I didn’t used the room service.
