Not bad

The place is great and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a tram station right next to the hostel which is good.
The room was good, kind of clean, and had enough space for 3 people but the beds squeak a lot and it was SO annoying as we could hear other beds squeak from other rooms. There was no good shade and that was also a bit annoying.
The bathroom was alright and clean.
The decor is nice and looks modern, its gives a fresh style to the place.

Staff very rude and anyone speak English - If you are Polish, would be fine. If not, fully NOT recommended.

I had a reservation by Booking.com and at this website the check in time is 11am, arriving at Hostel 11am they told me that just start the check in at 15pm, and they cannot stay with the backpacks and we need to wait OUTSIDE the hostel!!! As I saw another reviews here, staff very rude and rude between them, all time talking loudly and arguing, dont have spots in all beds, so if you need batterie to do something, charge your phone or your laptop, dont count with this. Terrible experience. With sure have good options in Warsaw (paying less also), Cloud hostel is not one of them.

This is the worst hostel I've ever lived in. Avoid this place

The manager behaved very arrogantly and rudely. I settled 10-person room with my wife. The second day I checked out and visit the hostel later (around 8 pm) to talk with my wife. The manager didn't allow me to enter for a half an hour althougn on hostel web-site in rules tab it is written that guests can be in building till 10 pm. So I had to book additionla night at the hostel to go inside (although initially I didn't plann).
Also the receptionist tried to get 500 PLN (not clear how it was calculated) from teenagers from Ukraine who settled in the hostel under the pretext that they allegedly smoked. He is originally from Ukraine but shouted at them in Polish. They coudn't answer anything, because don't speak Polish. This man also spoke in Polish to me despite the fact that we have common native languages.
It looks that personnel have different attitude to people depending from countires of their origins. When couple from Germany drunk beer in the kitchen opposite the reception there was no any reaction (in rules it is prohibited). I can imagine what would be if I did that.
When after check-out from hotel I called then and in cultural way expressed my opinion about this place and about work of the staff, manager replied that I can "give zero stars, no problem".
My conclusion: this hostel has nothing common with word "hospitality"

This place *could* be so much better with little effort

The room was good, 3 beds,lots of space. Table and stools. Bedding provided. However, there was only one curtain on each massive window which is strange. Not pleasant for the neighbourhood when we were getting dressed. We were also travelling with two very children and when I asked for an extra bed sheet to hang in the window the answer was just "No". So when my children woke at 4.30am all my give a s*** had gone.
Again, the kitchen was nice. Cooker, micro and utensils but the fridge was so overflowing with food left behind that it wouldn't close. No dates on anything. It needed gutting completely.
Last but not least. Two functioning toilets for a whole hostel just doesn't work when people going on a night out think it's the appropriate place to blow dry their hair for 15 minutes. Could really do with getting the repairs done.
It could be so much better with only a few things that really let it down. The lady on the desk was really friendly, the male on the other hand..

Basic hostel

It's a really basic hostel. But you don't pay much and it's worth the money. Rooms are good. Showers are not able to hang from the wall. That would be nice if they fixed it. Fridge was out of order in August.
