The apartment has everything you need cooking wise, washing up liquid, shampoo &conditioner, bedding was changed once a week, towels every 3 days
Kids loved that they could enjoy a lie in on the morning,
The pool doesn't not open till 10am they have pool guards so you cannot enter it,which great for night time if young kids are running around.
Entertainment around the pool is great for the kids a mixed of mainly Spanish and few English activities, it would be better if they announced it's aqua time , so the English people knew what was happening.
Never had an issue with sun loungers
The pool is massive, with a ray of kids actives, my little one enjoyed the foam pool party, the blow up waterslide plus the pool doesn't close until 7pm
Food wise we did self catering, you can pay for breakfast or evening dinner
Breakfast was great , and lunch is good plenty of options for fussy people
There's a supermarket on site, does basic stuff, there another one down the hill it's got more options and same price, but it's walking back up in the heat.
The location is about 7e in a taxi to the old town, some great bars and restaurants
The best food hand down Italian twist run by Nico you need to book.
Entertainment on evening was definitely geared up for the Spanish people, it wasn't the best.
I would definitely stay again due to kids enjoying all the water activities, yes it a little far out from everything walking down the hill is easier, but there's plenty of taxis around

Basic, clean, but some rude staff!

Nice, basic hotel, but won't be going back as the staff, or should I say male staff, clearly do not like the British!!! Now I know what you're thinking (Brits abroad!) but no, we are a quiet middle aged couple who were there just to relax and be there with my old Auntie and her elderly friend as they now get a bit nervous going abroad as they get older. If the attitude off the miserable rude old man on reception wasn't enough (we tried to avoid him as much as possible), one morning my husband dared to take his cup of coffee from the restaurant as they were busy and waiting for tables to clear and he got yelled at right across the restaurant 'not take anything out'. It was so embarrassing, we were only trying to be helpful by vacating our table quickly. And it was half a cup of coffee! Then we were refused service by a waiter at the poolside bar as we were abruptly told at 3pm.... 'stopped serving at 3pm', we tried to point out we'd been sat waiting for service for over 20 minutes. The waiter had clearly seen us sit down as he looked at us, but he just continued to ignore us whilst he fussed over a Spanish family. So no lunch that day! Then just when we thought it couldn't get any ruder, one evening my husband went to fetch my Aunt and her friend a glass of wine, to save them getting up as it was very busy, when the waiter comes rushing over shouting 'one glass only' (there is no limit btw, we were half board plus). My husband tried to explain they weren't for him, but he was aggressively told 'no more!' Everyone was staring, again so embarrassing. And every time we went to the bar, just awful attitude from the same two bar men. And some other people we chatted to felt the same, bad attitude from them. At this point (if you're still reading, haha!) got to say there were two women on reception who were delightful, so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very basic, but clean, and nice pool. But if you enjoy being hated on, then this is the place for you! Such a shame, as it really put a shadow over our holiday, as we didn't feel welcome, and we felt like we were going to be shouted at for doing something wrong at any moment. Not what you come on holiday for.

This aparthotel is a case of you get what you pay for. The price was cheap compared to the other places in the area and you get an apartment.
The property itself is quite dated with the room looking like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. The apartments are big tho and has everything you need and the pool area looks good.
The property is quite a far walk from both the city centre and the tram station, but there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel. But walking down to the centre could probably be 30 minutes or so if you walk.
Also checkout is 10 am , which is kind of insane. I have never seen check out be this early before.
