Cheap, clean and close to every touristic spots

I recommend the hostel to the ones who have in mind to have a sight of the city in few days.
It's very clean and it's easy to reach spots and attractions.
The hostel is in an old building on the 2nd floor, there's the elevator. ;)

Don’t come here

My friends and I decided to go on a trip to Madrid and I know a little bit of Spanish but the person in charge of the hostel didn’t know any English, which was fine, but she told me in Spanish that I shouldn’t be in her country if I don’t speak Spanish. She seemed to be the only employee and was stressed out about things (which a translator said). She then proceeded to yell at me because I did not understand her even though I was desperately trying to speak in Spanish to her and translating what she said through an app. I was being polite the entire time which made me confused to why she was so angry. She slammed a door in my face and she made this hostel experience unforgettable in a negative way. The hostel itself is in a good location and it’s a place to sleep. However, highly don’t recommend coming here because the service is degrading.

Cheap, get what you pay for

We stayed hear for two nights Saturday and Sunday, Convenient for city centre, Hostal is tired and in need of refurbishment, it was clean. Bed - the most uncomfortable I've slept in in 20 years, if we'd been there for three days, we would have found somewhere else after the first night. As well as seriously uncomfortable bed, on the Saturday night we were kept awake by some serious partying going on, don;t know if it was a local nightclub or people in the same block, it kept us awake until the early hours..

recomendo muito

este hotel fica muito bem localizado.da para fazer a pe os passeios turísticos. 5 minutos andando e já estávamos na plaza mayor. lojas de de conveniências e restaurantes perto. quarto limpo. atendimento excelente. único ponto negativo é que não tinha geladeira no quarto.

Penoso

Sitio penoso en aspecto y trato, por la noche a partir de las 20:00 te dejan en la calle sin poder entrar habiendo pagado ya por llegar una hora más tarde y tener que irnos a casa de un familiar, además de no haber nadie que se responsable de cualquier problema que ocurra, en la web dicen recepción 24h que no es verdad.
