Super nice and quiet!

Great stay to get some rest! We found this lovely boutique hotel by accident but we loved everything! Brand new cabana's near the beach but its so serene and quiet! Breakfast is good and the pool refreshing! Staff so friendly, they do anything for you! 10/10! You should book here if you are in nivali!

Appalling, avoid at all costs

Hotel more than unrecommended, the hotelier has a payment terminal blocked by our French bank, so we encountered payment difficulties, the hotelier called a "friend" to find a solution. A man with a lecherous look arrived and started to attack us, screaming that we had no money. Once the problem was solved and the payment made in cash, we had to insist to get a simple receipt. No longer feeling safe, we left a day early without a refund being issued. Nevertheless, we do not regret leaving early, especially since our room was completely flooded when we left because of… a simple thunderstorm.
