Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a 3% Surcharge applies to Amex and a 2% surcharge applies to all other card types. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or cash, please contact the property- funds must be cleared at least 48hrs prior to the end of your free cancelation period (see cancelation T's & C's). If paying by cash- a bond of $150/night is also required that is returned to you on departure (provided the room is in satisfactory condition).
