Please inform Mountain Dreaming of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. In the winter ski season, the property does not have any on-site parking, due to resort regulations. When checking in, please park in the 30-minute loading zone out the front of The General and during your check-in process staff will show you where the overnight long stay parking is located, about 0.9 mi down the road. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. You can catch the free village shuttle bus back to The General. Free village bus only operates in winter. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Mountain Dreaming in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that you must ski in and out of the property in winter.
