Welcome to The Hamm Suite, either it is for work, study, relaxation, or even a getaway, this brand new beautiful and cozy basement suite with high speed internet and premium cable service has been setup to make you comfortable and to do whatever it is you want to. Located within a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood in the Rosewood community in Saskatoon. Whether you travel for business or leisure our goal is to provide you with the most comfortable stay and experience. PARKING: Street parking available directly in front of the house. ENTRANCE: You will proceed through the side of the building and the side door will be your private entrance. You will receive a unique door code which will work for the duration of your stay. We ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the home. Additionally, guests are required to lock the door after entering and departing the property. YOUR SPACE: Your Two bed Hamm suite contains a queen-sized bed in one room and a double bed in the other room. With fresh/clean linens, duvet, pillows, closet, and hangers for your clothing and bedside lamps. KITCEN: Fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, smoothie maker, fridge, microwave, toaster, ranger + oven, cutlery, glasses/cups, dishes to use at your leisure and dining table with chairs. LIVING ROOM: The living room is equipped with TV (Netflix & Shaw cable), couch and a work desk and chair. BATHROOM: The bathroom features tub with a shower with a handheld shower feature, blow dryer, mirror, shampoo & conditioner, and basic hygiene amenities. INTERNET/WIFI: Free high speed wifi access, Wifi details is on the board in the living area. PARKING: Street Parking available directly in front house. ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Iron/Ironing board. SMOKING: We are proud to offer a smoke free & vape free environment. LAUNDRY: Laundry is available in the suite. (detergent & fabric softener included).
