Feeling Cheated !!
Booking ID: COZE5128 : Full amount was paid four months in advance for three rooms booking to OYO - Mount Wind in Mount Abu for family vacation including senior citizens and kids with total member of ten. As a precautionary measure I called the hotel owner to confirm my booking but, I was shocked when Hotel Owner literally denied my booking and informed me that OYO has been boycotted/banned in Mount Abu by all hotels Owners. I started calling their customer service to seek urgent help but it was useless, helpless and painful since each time I had to wait for long periods of time, were my calls was transferred from one department to another they were simply apologising for whatever happened to me. They never helped me. I was begging them to give me any other hotel since it was having cascading impact on my travel plan. They suggested that I could cancel my booking and Hotel Owner was ready to take my booking over the counter. I called the hotel owner but he was asking three times of the original paid amount. Best part was that OYO mentioned reason of cancellation as, no tie up with hotel but continued to accept booking for the same hotel on site with very high rate. I continued to call them for almost 48 hrs but they were simply useless. Their automatic system continued to send me messages and asking me about my experience with hotel stay, adding salt to the burn. It was nightmare for me to arrange another hotel during peak season and I have gone through unexplainable frustration. They offered me Rs 1000 cheap compensation again for the pain suffered by me and my family. Another major issue is with refund amount, IRCT and other online companies refunding your amount max to max in three to four days but they are unable to refund my money after one months so in totality they enjoyed my money for more than four plus months. 300Cr company is not able to handle one single hotel owner and unable to give justice to us. They are simply in ignorance mode and feeling that they are too big to fail. My humble request is to all of you please create more and more awareness about this and dont make your serious booking using OYO. They can ditch you anytime spoil your vacation and put you on road without having any fear from anyone.

Budget Hotel, Good Location
Was a budget trip so opted for this hotel but be vary of the staff. They seem friendly at first but when you make the complete payment, you are no body to them.
^* Rooms - The rooms are untidy and so are the beds, we had to clean the bed our-self to make it usable.
^* Hot water - There is no hot water - a point to consider in case you are going in winter. They will say that there will be hot water in the morning but dont believe that. ^* Hotel Food - The food there is mediocre.
^* Location - The only good point is the location, it is located very close to Nakki Lake (2 mins walk)
^* WiFi - There was no internet at this hotel even though we were told that there would be free WiFi in the rooms.
^* Rooms - The rooms are untidy and so are the beds, we had to clean the bed our-self to make it usable.

Average Budget Hotel
Room was OK. . They are also providing services for booking bike on rent .I would suggest this hotel if having budget constraint. Nakki lake and main bazaar is near by and has a walkable distance.Take this one as last option..We took this only for night stay.it ok for onlyfor night stay..

worst hotel
poorest quality and lowest standard, will stay here for one night .. bath room was very dirty and old, sink was jammed and no one takes complain..Room service is very bad ..phone was not working.. over all not recommended...

Average Place for your stay...
We stayed here for one night.... since all the other hotels were sold out we decided to stay here... A decent place.... Interiors are OK... Not sure if i would stay at this place again.... there are a lot better places around...
