Nice hotel
Its great spot on for weekend get away. location is sureal, closer to laxman jhula and view is great. Staff is also very helpful, specially tushar , akash himanshu who catered our all needs for food, specially with small kids, customise orders out of menu. Food is also good. Been to other chains as well, but impressed by this one. Highly recommended. Thanks to staff and Radha. Food +venue + staff = best !

Excellent service & hospitality
As always … yet another memorable experience at this Amazing property,we had booked the regular delux rooms and they upgraded us to this amazing primum having the City view it was quite a pleasant surprise The entire staff was very polite, warm and hospitable and they took care of our each needs,

Good Rooms disappointing food & pool
However, the pool was not well maintained, and hygiene rules were not being followed. The hi-tea snacks, room service food, and breakfast were all disappointing, with limited options and some items served cold. Parking is available, but the entrance is difficult for cars.
Overall, the rooms and staff were good, but the food quality and facilities need significant improvement.

Nice hotel
My experience at Hotel Oak Leaf was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, everything was perfectly managed. The staff is incredibly friendly, cooperative, and professional. They genuinely care about every guest and ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.
The hotel is neat, clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The hospitality is simply outstanding. I have visited several hotels, but the warmth and professionalism of the team at Hotel Oak Leaf are truly unmatched. If you’re looking for excellent service, a comfortable stay, and one of the best hospitality experiences in India, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Premium Suite or Premium/Executive Room?
My only observation relates to the room category. I booked a “Suite Room” expecting a separate living and sleeping area, as that is what many travelers typically associate with a suite. However, the room is essentially a larger single room without separate spaces.
When I discussed this with the manager, he explained that, based on his five years of experience in the hotel industry, the room is correctly classified as a suite. While I appreciate his explanation, I believe that many guests may have expectations similar to mine. A name such as “Premium Room” or “Executive Room” might provide greater clarity and help avoid confusion.
Apart from this difference in expectation regarding the room category, my experience at the hotel has been positive so far.
