An Exceptional Culinary and Service Experience!
During my recent stay at the Vert Hotel Jerusalem, I was fortunate to experience outstanding service from two pillars of the hotel’s culinary team: Mr. Faragi, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Assad, the Lobby Lounge Manager.
Both of these gentlemen are the definition of professionalism. They are incredibly courteous, highly attentive, and deeply service-oriented. Their dedication and warm hospitality truly enhanced my overall stay and made a wonderful experience even more memorable.
Much respect and high appreciation to Mr. Faragi and Mr. Assad for their exemplary work!

Disappointing stay
-We arrived late to the hotel on July 6th, 2026. We met an unpleasant receptionist who took time to set up a charge for two people instead of a singel. She gave us 2 keys. However , only one of them was programed so I could not go to the lounge or enter the room without my husband.
-The refrigirator was not working. It was not plugged in but I did plug it in and still there were no results. We had some parishable items to keep there.
- In the bathroom, there were no ameneties as it should be. Such as a shower hat, cleaning pads etc. We called the front desk but there seem to be an issue with the phone.
- We also noticed that they had shampoo and conditioner on the wall, but no body washe. We used the hand wash that was on the sink.
-In the morning we called again and asked for the ameneties. They said they will deliver asap, but it was never delivered. As we left the room for breakfast, we saw the room cleaner, and he gave us the box with what we asked for. What a shame that a hotel in this capacety does not provide bar soaps and body lotion.
-It did not seem that the room was clearly checked. The missing items and even a unsharpen pencil that was left next to the pad.
-and last, there was a mix up with the bill. I got a bill for only half of the amount, so I am not clear what this is all about. The charges were in shekels, but the [same] receptionist told me its in dollars {untill I put my glasses on]. She, for some reason could not provide a correct bill. And we could not wait for her to see what is going on, as my husband was suppose to go to a meeting.
-Eventhough the manager came out to talk with us, she said she has nothing to do with my complaints and that she cannot help me.

Dirty room, refused refund, terrible customer service. Avoid.
I stayed at the VERT Hotel for one night and encountered a deeply concerning hygiene issue that was compounded by the hotel's dismissive response to my complaint.
Upon occupying my Room, I discovered significant bloodstains on the bed. This is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone an establishment of this standing. The stains were photographed as evidence.
When I raised this complaint with management the following morning, I was met with a response that blamed me for not reporting the issue immediately and denied responsibility entirely.
The Guest Relations Manager claimed the room had been inspected prior to my arrival, yet provided no explanation for how visible bloodstains could have been missed. The hotel's final position was a blunt refusal to offer any refund.
This response was not only unsatisfactory but insulting. A guest should never be expected to report a serious hygiene breach in the middle of the night, and a professional hotel should take immediate responsibility when such issues are raised.
I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of poor room hygiene and appalling customer service makes this venue unsuitable. If you value cleanliness and professional management, stay elsewhere.

A general satisfied review
We ourselves are not religious so we had to slightly accomodate the fellow hotel atendees.
The service could have been better as we had to ask 3 times for water to be delivered to our room.
The room itself was beautiful, clean, and food was great
We are very likely to return.
