Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MYR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. General Terms & Conditions 1. All rates displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be automatically calculated and reflected in the total payable amount upon rate selection. 2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, a TTx of RM10.00 net per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost. 3. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out. 4. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in and payment can be made by cash or credit card: o RM400 per night for Rooms o RM1,000 per night for Junior Suites & Residential Suite o RM3,000 per night for Penthouse Suite 5. Maximum number of occupants: o Executive Rooms: 2 people o Junior Suites & 2-Bedroom Suites: 4 people o Royal & Imperial Pool Suites, 3-Bedroom Suites: 6 people o Presidential Pool Suite: 8 people 7. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. 8. Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel. 9. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 10. Only Club Suite and Penthouse Suite guests with adherence to a smart casual dress code are allowed inside the Executive Lounge. Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with Executive Lounge access. 11. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional people beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 net per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested. 12. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms. 13. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited. 14. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 net is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage. Deposit / Payment Policy 1. All reservations require full prepayment for the entire stay. Payment is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. 2. The credit card holder’s name must match the guest’s check-in details. 3. Booking confirmations are only valid upon receipt of full payment. Cancelation & Refund Policy 1. Cancelation policy: The cancelation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. The cancelation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation, as it is dependent on the rate plan or package booked. Any cancelation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancelation policy applicable to the reservation. Modification of stay dates and room types may be done after a booking is already confirmed. Final room rates may be adjusted based on the newly selected dates and room types. 2. Refund policy: Total refund amount for cancelations may vary depending on the rate and cancelation policy as stated in your reservation. Please note that the refund process will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, as it is dependent on the traveler’s card’s issuing bank & the bank’s internal processes, which are beyond the Hotel’s control.
