Property highlights

Summarized by AI

Location

Convenient location for exploring downtown

Many travelers appreciate the hotel's convenient location, about a 15–20 minute walk to downtown with accessible public transit, though some find the surrounding area less attractive.

Service

Friendly but inconsistent staff service

Many guests praise the staff as friendly and attentive, while several report inconsistent service issues such as long waits at the front desk, occasional intoxication, communication or booking disputes, and shortages of basic supplies.

Rooms

Comfortable pods but with noise and maintenance issues

Guests often praise the pods as clean, comfortable, private and modern, though many report noise between capsules, limited space, ventilation or charging issues, and occasional wear to bedding or fixtures.

Amenities

Shared facilities need maintenance and better ventilation

Guests say the social areas and capsules are acceptable, but shared amenities—especially showers and toilets—need improved maintenance and ventilation, more hooks/benches, and repair of dispensers and lighting.

Cleanliness

Clean pods but problematic shared bathrooms

Guests often find the capsules clean, but repeatedly report poor hygiene in shared bathrooms — bad odors, dirty floors, inadequate cleaning, humidity and even pest concerns — which need greater attention.

It is perfect for a short stay. It really does the job for the price paid! I went twice on this trip.

Nice quirky spot. I would stay here again, despite some shortfalls that I think could be implemented to make the experience a bit more seamless.
Pods are great, though it would be nice to have some sort of sound proofing. One of the 2 showers in the male restroom was out of service, and the other one had low water pressure - not to mention it wasn’t as clean as I’d figure for a shared space that’s commonly used. The shower rooms or restrooms could use a bench or more hangers for clothes, especially given the room there is.

The staff were very nice. The sleeping capsules themselves are great. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, AC and TV. It's the "everything else" thats the problem. There isn't room in this hotel to bend your elbow too quickly for fear you might hit someone in the face. There's no privacy. Both the toilets and the showers were disgusting every single day (5 days) that I was there and smelled terrible. The lighting was automatic and would switch off roughly every 10 seconds while using the shower and so suddenly it was pitch black, which is pretty inconvenient when you have soap in your eyes and don't really wanna touch the ground because it's so dirty already. It's also in a pretty ugly part of a city which, honestly, is one of the most uniquely beautiful I have ever visited in my life.

Very good location
