Very bad experience from start to finish.

Very bad experience from start to finish. Our flight arrived late at 3 AM, but Eric was informed in real time and confirmed to us that there was no problem. However, upon our arrival, the reception was extremely aggressive and rude, as if we were responsible for the delay or returning from a night out.
The room was nice but had a strong smell of dampness. The breakfast was very poor, and the atmosphere was cold and unpleasant throughout the stay.
The worst part was the desert excursion organized by the riad: a real scam. We had paid an extra fee for a "luxury" tent that had neither a bathroom, nor towels, nor real sheets. And at the last moment, Eric asked us for an additional €50 due to a supposed increase in gas prices.
Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the complete absence of consideration for the customers.
