Great hotel

Staff is very friendly, the price is good, food is good not a whole lot of options definitely one of if not the best hotel in pisco to stay at. Walking distance to the coast and restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean, pool is clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again.

eerily empty and isolated

We were trying to stay away from the Paracas tourist fray so thought Pisco would be a good alternative. Maybe it's because we stayed there off season (June), but this place felt like it was on the decline. There were about 50 rooms in the hotel and there were only 5 or 6 parties there at most. The manager had to turn on the hallway lights when we got there. Walls seemed a little thin. The restaurant is okay but has limited hours and menu, and you have to pay your bill separately rather than putting it on the room account. Hot water is only available 3 hours in the morning and evening. Nice pool and lobby area, big rooms and very clean, but old linens and curtains. No markets, restaurants, or other amenities within walking distance and it was hard to find and flag down taxis. The locals told us to avoid the main plaza. This might be a good place to stay if you came with a big group that doesn't mind spartan accommodations. We ended up moving to a hotel in Paracas.

thank god we found this place

well finding a hotel in that area was the first problem and we had to take advise from a local taxi driver we had visited 2 other more hostel like places and were not happy then they suggested this hotel so we checked it out .well it is one of the few places that didnt get a good hiding in the earthquake and the service here was reasonable the rooms we had were very large almost excessive there is a pleasent bar and the restaurant is fine, there is a nice pool, they have internet and were very obliging all the time, .breakfast is not in the price as it seems the bar and restaurant seem to be run separartely ,but haveing been to paracas to the hotel we choose in the first case only to find it had no electric we were gald to find somewhere that was still fully intact .
