Wonderful hotel. We use it mainly as it is so close to Alicante Airport. The Staff are so helpful. The restaurant is really good, the breakfast superb. All very fresh and a good choice

Not a hotel.

Here we slept 1 night and that was enough. Nice receptionist who advised us to park our car in the small, free parking garage. Hotel is located under the approach route an airport Alicante in an industrial park. That makes noise, especially because there is not much sound insulation installed. Waitress (coffee shop) was rude and not professional. Dinner was good but served lukewarm. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was good but shower room was not (had a lot of mold; leakage of shower enclosure and woodwork affected by the water)

Wij zijn blij te horen dat de kamer comfortabel was, dat het ontbijt naar uw wens was en dat onze receptionist u goed heeft kunnen helpen door de parkeergarage van het hotel aan te bevelen. Opmerkingen zoals deze over de vriendelijkheid van ons personeel en sommige van onze diensten zijn voor ons zeer waardevol.
Het spijt ons echter oprecht om te lezen over de ongemakken die u tijdens uw verblijf heeft ervaren. Wij nemen uw opmerkingen over het geluid, de service in de koffiebar, de temperatuur van het diner en vooral de staat van de badkamer zeer serieus. Wij zullen dit met de betreffende afdelingen bekijken om deze punten te kunnen verbeteren en zo de ervaring van onze gasten verder te optimaliseren. Uw opmerkingen helpen ons om te zien waar wij extra aandacht aan moeten besteden.
Wij waarderen het ook dat u enkele positieve punten noemt, zoals de kamer, het diner en het ontbijt. Wij hopen u in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen, zodat wij u een ervaring kunnen bieden die beter aansluit bij het tevredenheidsniveau dat onze gasten gewoonlijk over ons hotel delen.

Room was a family room with a walk in shower. There were drainage issues so the room had a damp smell.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel and surrounding were quiet.

Lovely large, comfortable room. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, I particularly enjoyed the set menu for the half board option. There was plenty of choice and options available to suit all different dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend this hotel . Iylt was perfect for an overnight stay before and early flight.
