NO sleep!
My husband, my teenage daughter, and I rented this apartment for 4 nights. 4 LONG restless, sleepless nights. It is located in a great central location for sight seeing. The problem is, it is above a sports bar, a bar that NEVER closes. Live bands, screaming, yelling, singing. You might as well put your bed in the middle of the bar and try to sleep. The floor shook from all the noise, ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Not even ear plugs will help. If they paid us, we wouldn't stay there ever again. There were no toiletries, just a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. The shower was so tiny you couldn't bend over if you dropped anything, and no shelves, caddy in the shower - you had to put it all on the floor.
We checked in, and then didn't see the office help again until we checked out so no way to voice our concerns. When our daughter did speak to the office help, we were told that the colllege kids were celebrating - really? EVERY NIGHT? ALL NIGHT LONG? When I say all night, I mean, starting at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no way to sleep here.

Beste Lage, hilfreiches Personal, einige Mängel
Wir hatten ein Appartment unter dem Dach und wenig Probleme mit Lärm, obwohl in der Semana Santa.
Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem KLEINEN Doppelbett und eine Wohnküche. Da wir alt sind und separat schlafen wollten bekamen wir auf Anfrage sofort ein zweites Bett in die Wohnküche, die damit allerdings ziemlich voll war.
Die Küche reicht für Frühstück und kleinere Mahlzeiten, falls man selbst kochen will.
Wirklich gestört hat nur der Geruch nach Abwasser. Da muss dringend was verbessert werden. Die Aussage, es sei die 'tuberia' (= die Leitungen), war nicht befriedigend. Mit offenen Fenstern ist es erträglich. Ohne diesen Mangel hätte ich besser bewertet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!
