Important information from the hotel
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, cleaning fee will be charged. The actual fee will be determined by asking at the on-site counter. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee. In order to provide better facility quality, hotel club facilities (including gym, swimming pool, sauna) will be closed from 12:00-13:30 daily for cleaning. It will also not be open for scheduled maintenance on the first Tuesday of each month. If there is a consecutive holiday, it will be postponed for one week. Maintenance time is 06:30-13:30. Please refer to on-site announcements for other facility maintenance times.
