Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 40000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A complimentary airport shuttle service is available only for guests staying in the "Villa with Sea View" room type. For guests staying in the "Double Room - Beach Front" this shuttle can be arranged for an additional charge. The outdoor pool is reserved only for guests staying in the Villa.
