Great location and value for money and communication preceding our visit was much appreciated and all added to our wonderful visit to Bath for graduation ceremony. Parking around area is permit only but speak to owners and they can assist.

Disappointed visitors

Devonshire house b and b was ok we wouldn't say it was 4 stars.we found it expensive for what we got..we were disappointed with guest lounge sofas looked very tierd .with price we paid we felt breakfast should of been included.in price not extra.
The daughter of owners who was running it was lovely and helpful.
Probably won't be a returning customer.

Fantastic hosts!

We staying there last weekend. Had the twin room on the 1st floor. It was so hot but the owners did their best to keep our room cool by closing curtains , opening the window and providing us with a large fan, thank you! The room was clean with a small en-suite. Nice comfortable bedding and large clean towels. Had everything we needed. Large enough electric shower and nice toiletries provided.
Wi-Fi was excellent. A nice large lounge on the ground floor - we used this when we were waiting to go home. A 20 minute walk downhill hill into the city. We tended to get the bus back. Close to Alexandra Park which has a wonderful view of the city. We met both Chris and Louise, both super lovely and helpful. Thank you both for helping to make our stay in Bath a lovely stay.

Lovely reception from Louise who was very helpful and gave us lots of tips for our stay. We were also very lucky to be able to check in early and shown a place for free parking
Room clean and secondary glazing kept outside noise at bay. Thank you

The hostess was as charming and helpful as she was beautiful! The property was nice and not too far out of town. An easy mile walk down the hill to Bath, although some may want to Uber back up. The property had parking available 200 yards away for 5 GBP a day, which we used. We would return.
