Alternatively, you can go to the taxi rank and take a can for €10-€18, depending on your final destination.

Israeli citizens do not need a visa to enter Lithuania (ליטא). A tourist visa is usually granted for 90 days. If you need to stay for a longer period, you need to contact the immigration authorities.
