Search Qatar Airways Flights

Qatar Airways is the flag carrier of Qatar and owned by the state. It was founded at the end of 1993, and its first flight took off on January 20, 1994. In 1995 the fleet included two Airbus planes and the airline employed 75 staff. Today the fleet has more than 190 planes, and there are more than 24,000 employees. Qatar Airways is a member of Oneworld alliance, and it operates the Qatar Airways Privilege Club frequent flyer program.

It flies to over 150 destinations across the globe. Since there are no diplomatic relations between Israel and Qatar, Qatar Airways doesn’t fly to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport. However, Israelis who are departing from abroad and want to travel with Qatar Airlines with a stopover in Qatar are allowed to do so. For example, if you live in Germany and you want to fly to Thailand via Qatar, you may do so even if you hold only an Israeli passport.
